New experiences build confidence: art, drama, language, other cultures, a trip to the zoo, giving a speech, turning thoughts into song lyrics. This program helps children and teens build on all of it.
What they will learn
In this program, children and teens will…
- How their past experiences shape who they are, and how to use that to take on harder tasks
- New possibilities for a future career or hobby
- How past learning builds on new learning, until they can say “I’ve got this!”
- A new appreciation for the different parts of themselves that build self-confidence

Each program runs 8 weeks and can be repeated as often as you like. Every class lives inside our three rules: a judgement-free zone, celebrating each other’s writing, and honoring confidentiality 100%.
