The Calendar That Changed Everything
There was a time in my business when I believed a full calendar meant I was doing it right.
Back-to-back Zooms. Speaking gigs. Strategy calls. Book deadlines. DMs. Emails. More emails.
And if there was a free hour? I filled it.
Because “space” looked too much like “slowing down.”
And slowing down? That felt like falling behind.
Until one day… my body said no.
My spirit said, not like this.
And my inbox? It kept going anyway.
That’s when I realized something deeply uncomfortable:
I was living by everyone else’s calendar… except my own.
Reclaiming My Time… And My Voice
So I made a radical shift.
One I now call: my soul’s calendar.
It’s not color-coded.
It doesn’t buzz.
And it’s definitely not something you’ll find in Google.
But it knows when I need to write.
It knows when I need to rest.
It knows when I’m ready to be deeply visible… and when I need to go inward and listen.
Now, don’t get me wrong—my schedule still includes structure. I show up for my clients, my team, and the projects that matter.
But I no longer lead with urgency.
Instead, I begin each week by asking:
✨ What am I here to say this week?
✨ What kind of energy is needed—and what energy do I have?
✨ Where is my soul leading… and will I follow?
Because here’s the truth:
Your inbox will never honor your purpose.
Only you can do that.
What Happens When You Make Space
So here’s a gentle invitation:
Make space.
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s easy.
But because your next-level message is waiting to be heard
And it doesn’t shout.
It whispers.
And when you start listening to your soul’s calendar?
- That’s when your brand becomes magnetic.
- That’s when your voice becomes unmistakable.
- That’s when everything begins to align.
