Ruth holds Master’s Degrees in both Clinical Psychology and Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health & Healing.

How I like to start my day…
I start each day early at 5:00 AM with a refreshing walk on the beach. I come home to a warm cup of my delicious coffee and journal. I let out all of my insights and thoughts on the page and start planning my productive day. (All before looking at my phone or email 😉)
My favorite place to write…
I escape to beautiful Morro Bay, a coastal California town just a few short hours drive from my home. I love to sit on my hotel patio or local little coffee shop and the words start appearing on the page.
What I am most proud of…
My big beautiful family and my success in business has afforded me the freedom to travel and to be able to spend quality time with my family.
The moment I realized my business dreams had come true…
Funny enough it wasn’t until after I had written my second book and I overheard someone calling me an Author. And that’s when it hit me. I am a bestselling published Author.
My favorite food…
Baked goods! I love to bake apple crisp, pumpkin pie or anything sweet. Yum!
My fun time is filled with…
Music. I love to sit at the piano and play music, listen to live music, and of course dance in the kitchen to anything upbeat.
